				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Originally hailing from a traditional media background, Pete worked for the first ten years of his career for JWT and Carat as a Strategic Media Planner in the UK located in his native Manchester and then in London.</p>
<p>In 2000 he moved exclusively into digital media when he was one of the founders that launched Outrider in the UK. For the next seven years, he was as a key member of GroupM’s digerati. During his time there he ran blue chip finance, travel, property, automotive, entertainment and FMCG clients across the UK and EMEA.</p>
<p>Pete moved to Asia in July 2007 and joined IPG Mediabrands, where he was APAC Digital Strategy Director based in Bangkok. There he worked on J&#038;J and Coke brands across all Asia markets; plus, Best Weston and Hyundai Kia during a 6-month placement into the US based in LA.</p>
<p>In 2009 Pete was recruited by Ogilvy. He moved to Singapore and was made Regional Strategic lead across Asia for neo@ogilvy and there he worked on SAP and Amex across APAC and South Asia.</p>
<p>For the last two years, Pete has been based in Chicago as the Global Digital Media lead for BP/Castrol at Mindshare.</p>
<p>He returned to Singapore in January 2014 and joined Mondelez International in the Global Media Team as Director of Global Media Innovation.</p>
<p>Pete has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge across both traditional and digital media channels working on direct response and FMCG brands over four different continents stretching back 25 years.</p>
<p>As well as being a passionate Manchester City supporter, Pete is a keen golfer and Scuba Diver.</p>

<p>Prior to his work with WSI, Kim was the CEO at RMG Connect – JWT and Founder of The Herald Group. Kim is originally from Denmark, but has spent most of his career in Milan, Italy. He currently resides in Shanghai with his wife and three children.</p>

<p>Gary has 17 years of brand management experience in Motorola, Danone and Kimberly-Clark. <p>Sandeep has over 25 years of aviation experience, much of which has been in the Asia Pacific region. He has held key leadership roles in sales and marketing, in-flight services and operations for a number of major carriers in India, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong and China.</p>
<p>Prior to joining Air New Zealand, Sandeep was Director – Hong Kong &#038; China with Delta Airlines (previously Northwest) where he was instrumental in driving sustainable profit growth, establishing strong industry and regulatory relationships, and ensuring a seamless merger of Delta and Northwest.</p>
<p>Sandeep holds an MBA and post graduate degree from Oxford Brooks University in the U.K, as well as an undergraduate degree from the Institute of Hotel Management in New Delhi,India. He has also completed the China Managers Development Program from prestigious Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business School in Beijing.</p>
<p>Sandeep is Chairman of Board of Airlines Representative in China, and was the International Advisory Chair for China for Travel Industry Association of USA and was Co-Chair of subcommittee on aviation economic regulation &#8211; US China Aviation Program. He is a visiting speaker at Civil Aviation University of China and China Aviation Management Institute.</p>

<p>In 2011, she was appointed as Director of Online Marketing and Operations and was charged with developing Spring Travel&#8217;s official website. She also ensured that (www.springairlines.com) operated successfully. During this time the proportion of online sales skyrocketed by 380%.</p>
<p>After returning to Spring Airlines in 2013, where she served as Customer Relations Director, she oversaw the development of new membership, CRM, and DMS systems as well as the Company&#8217;s direct conversion project.</p>
<p>Recently, she has worked on Spring Airlines new domain (www.ch.com) and is responsbile for domestic and overseas digital marketing.</p>
<p>She won first prize for the Shanghai division in the National E-commerce Engineer Contest and has been recognized as one of China&#8217;s top e-commerce engineers.</p>
