<p>Previously Richard worked at advertising agency TBWA\ in a variety of roles in London and Shanghai. Over 14 years he worked on acclaimed campaigns from Absolut Vodka to Waterstone’s book shops, not forgetting adidas, Dove, GE, Håagen-Dazs, McDonald’s, Martell, Pedigree &#038; Virgin, winning Grand Prix’s for Effectiveness in both Europe and China.</p>
<p>Yet his proudest achievement remains his 3 young children, with his wife Penny.</p>

Based in Beijing, she is in charge of overall business operations in China, one of Criteo’s largest strategic growth markets globally. Wang plays an integral role in executing a long-term growth strategy to introduce and expand Criteo’s performance display advertising solutions to the Chinese market.Wang has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles in the technology industry. Over the past six years, she held a number of leadership positions at Google, including heading up the Online Partnerships Group (OPG) for Greater China and Korea, leading global people initiatives for OPG and leading the Media Sales Team for Greater China. Most recently, she spearheaded the regional partner acquisition and mobile business for OPG for the entire Asia Pacific region.Prior to Google, Wang held various sales and marketing positions at Intel and Nokia, and previously oversaw business operations for Comba Telecom Shanghai, a leading Asian telecom infrastructure provider.Wang received her MBA degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School, University of North Carolina and holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Christine Xu is Chief Marketing Officer of McDonald’s China, and she is the first Mainland Chinese to hold this position in the history of McDonald’s China. Through the years, as a result of Christine’s direction and leadership, McDonald’s launched a series of new brand promotions that were not only well-received by the Chinese market but also won the company many industry accolades. In 2012, she was recognized as one of Advertising Age’s “Women to Watch in China” which reflects the imprint she is making in the broader industry. Christine’s experience and local insights have bolstered McDonald’s brand leadership in China specifically in family and digital marketing.</p>
<p>Christine graduated from Fudan University in 1992. After university she was exposed to many multinational brands in key positions with companies such as Unilever, Pepsi Foods, Eastman Kodak, Philips Electronics and HSBC. She has also worked in Thailand, the United States and Singapore.</p>
<p>Christine is a member of the American Marketing Association China Advisory Council.</p>
