Paul Robson is Adobe’s President for Asia Pacific, leading the company’s growth in this important region.

Paul is a dynamic and respected leader in the IT and digital marketing sectors with a proven history of leading business transformation initiatives at both an operational and executive level.

Since joining Adobe, Paul has evolved the company’s efforts to ‘best practice’ execution and as a result has ensured new markets and verticals are strategically engaged, while existing target industries continue to increase technology adoption across the Adobe portfolio of products.

A passionate proponent of innovation and the digital economy, Paul believes businesses, government and individuals have never been better placed to create compelling content, deliver richer and more personalised customer experiences, in a cost effect way, using the latest technology.

Prior to joining Adobe, Paul was the Vice President and General Manager for HP’s Networking Division across Asia Pacific and Japan. Paul was also the founding director of a successful online start up, Wedding Gifts Online, which went on to become Australia’s largest registry service with both a physical and online presence.

At a non-executive level, Paul is a board member of Tresillian, the Royal Society for the Welfare of Mothers and Babies, which is involved in the delivery of child and family healthcare. Paul is also an active member of the Australian Surf Life Saving Association.

Paul holds a Diploma in Market Research, a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in International Business and has attended a variety of general management and executive courses at institutions including the Haas School of Business at UC Berkley, INSEAD and the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Paul is married with two children and lives in Sydney, Australia.
